 OnePlus typically announces a couple of smartphones a year. This year was the first time it announced two options of the first smartphone - the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro.

The company officially revealed the "T" version of the standard device in the OnePlus 7T on 26 September, but we're still expecting the OnePlus 7T Pro. This is everything we have heard so far about the OnePlus 7T Pro.

OnePlus is all set to launch another device in the OnePlus 7 series today at an event in London. The Chinese company will most likely take wraps off the new OnePlus 7T Pro, which it has has been teasing for a while. The same is expected to get launched in India simultaneously on Amazon India. The e-commerce partner has already has a dedicated page for the OnePlus 7T series.

OnePlus launched OnePlus 7T in India less than six months after it unveiled OnePlus 7 Pro. The new OnePlus 7T has two models and will be available in two different colours. Also, the OnePlus 7T price in India starts at Rs 37,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option, whereas its 8GB RAM and 256GB variant will be available for Rs 39,999.

What's new with the OnePlus 7T?

When compared to the OnePlus 7, it feels like a completely new phone.
In terms of design, the OnePlus 7T is slightly bigger taller than the OnePlus 7. The front may look similar but OnePlus has reduced the size of the display notch that holds the selfie camera. Even the rear gets a completely new design with a big circular camera module (some may like it whereas other may not approve of it). The OnePlus7T may look similar but if you see up close, this is a completely new design.

Google Pixel 3 Launch Date: Rumors and Truth, Lets Get Into It.

Even though we are still about four months out from the launch of the Google Pixel 3 lineup, we have been recently hit with fresh leaks and credible rumors about the device. So, here’s a quick look at what all we know about the Pixel 3 phones so far:

According to all the leaks and renders, we now know for sure that one of the Pixel 3 devices – specifically the Pixel 3 XL will feature a huge notch up front. Yes, Google is also embracing the ongoing trend and will introduce a notch in its flagship phone.

The difference here will be that the Pixel 3 XL’s notch will house an earpiece (that is going to double as a speaker) and two front-facing cameras to enable some form of ‘Face Unlock’ that may match the security level of Apple iPhones. The notch, like every other modern Android phone, will be accompanied by a thick bottom chin.

The smaller Pixel 3, on the other hand, will also grab an update in design but without the notch. It will adopt a design similar to last year’s Pixel 2 XL but in a smaller form factor. This means it’s going to get a taller 18:9 display this time around, which is a plus point for sure.

Single Rear Camera

The prototype of the Pixel 3 XL that leaked yesterday not only gave us a close look at the front, but also the rear panel of the device. And in line with recent leaks, it suggests that Pixel 3 will feature only a single rear camera – just like its predecessor. Surprising, right?

Since Google is still sticking with a single sensor on the back, it will rely on software to get that all-important portrait mode (bokeh) effect in photos. However, Google could go with a beefier sensor or a variable aperture this time around, which we know nothing about.

Wireless Charging

If you take a closer look at the rear panel of the Pixel XL 3 prototype in the image above, you will notice that Google is sticking to the dual-tone back. But, the glossy look indicate the rear panel is made out of glass this time around.

If that wasn’t enough to convince you, which it can’t be, then a fresh report has revealed that Android P will feature improved ‘wireless charging‘ support in the upcoming software with a “Connected Devices” section in the Settings. There’s also references to something Google-made called ‘dreamliner’ in the code of the Latest Android P beta, so Google might be working on a device themselves.

Other Features

Additionally, the leaks have suggested that Google Pixel 3 will feature a Wi-Fi chipset capable of dual-band simultaneous (DBS) connections, so it will have Faster and more efficient Wi-Fi. It will use both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands at the same time for multi-fold faster speeds.

Amazon exclusive–First View of Realme1 Sub-brand Announced from OPPO, revealing on 15th May

 Realme is a new e-commerce-only sub-brand from OPPO

OPPO has announced an exclusive e-commerce sub-brand in India, Realme, that aims to offer affordable devices manufactured by OPPO production line.

The company has also announced a strategic association with Amazon India for the exclusive launch of its first product – Realme 1 – on Mray 15.

Under the new brand, the company will offer a range of devices that will be ‘Made for and in India’ and priced in the range of 10,000-20,000 rupees ($150-300). The brand though will also plan more premium product launches in the near future. Realme customers will have access to over 500 OPPO service centers across India with guaranteed 90% of repair cases resolved within an hour.

According to Madhav Seth, Chief Executive Officer, Realme India, the new brand is geared towards the diverse needs of young and online consumers and the company hopes to be a disruptor in online smartphone market.

OnePlus 6 Price in India Leaked, Said to Start at Rs. 36,999

OnePlus 6 Compared With iPhone X in New Hands-On Leaked Photos

OnePlus is all set to launch its newest flagship on May 17 in India (and May 16 in London). Running up to the launch, the OnePlus 6 has been leaked extensively and it is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC, sport a bezel-less display, and come with a dual camera setup. New hands-on images have now surfaced on the Web, and it shows the OnePlus 6 with the display switched on, and has also been compared with the iPhone X.

The OnePlus 6 is seen sporting a bezel-less display, something that the company confirmed when it announced it would embrace the notch. These photos, shared by Techtastic from Chinese social media site Baidu, compare the OnePlus 6 with the iPhone X. The smartphone is visibly larger than the iPhone X, but the display is uncannily similar. The notch at the top of the display houses the sensors, just like the Apple variant, but it's less wide. There's little clarity on how the extra real estate will be utilised on the Android device, but the company will demo that presumably at the event.

If rumours are to be believed, the OnePlus 6 will come with a 19:9 display, which is rumoured to come in 6.28-inch size and features full-HD+ (1080x2160 pixels) resolution. The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM. It is also rumoured to have a vertically placed dual rear camera setup, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3450mAh battery, and could run a new version of OxygenOS with Android 8.1 Oreo on top. Furthermore, OnePlus has partnered with Marvel Studios to launch a OnePlus 6 x Marvel Avengers Limited Edition variant.

Some past rumours claimed that the OnePlus 6 will go on sale in the country with a starting price of Rs. 36,999 for the 64GB storage variant, while its 128GB variant will be available at Rs. 39,999. The smartphone will also come with a 256GB storage option, though its price is yet to be revealed.

OnePlus will host pop-up events across eight Indian cities between May 21 and May 22 to let fans experience and purchase the new flagship before its general open sales that will take place in the country exclusively via Amazon India. The OnePlus smartphone will notably be available for purchase through the pop-up stores on the first-come-first-serve basis and similar events will be held on the same schedule in the New York, London, Paris, Milan, and Beijing for global OnePlus fans.
