Supercharge Your Health with Green Moong Sprouts - Nature's Nutritional Wonder!

Sprouts have long been hailed as a nutritional powerhouse, and one variety that stands out for its exceptional health benefits is green moong sprouts. These tiny, tender sprouts are packed with nutrients and have gained popularity among health-conscious individuals for their diverse culinary applications and health-promoting properties. In this article, we will delve into the world of green moong sprouts and uncover the reasons why they deserve a prominent place in your diet.

What are Green Moong Sprouts?

Green moong sprouts are young, germinated green mung beans, scientifically known as Vigna radiata. These sprouts are created by soaking the whole green moong beans in water and allowing them to sprout for a few days until they develop small shoots. This process activates the dormant enzymes within the beans, significantly increasing their nutrient content and making them easier to digest.

Nutritional Value of Green Moong Sprouts:

Green moong sprouts are nutritionally dense and offer a wide array of essential nutrients, making them a valuable addition to any diet. Here is a breakdown of their nutritional composition:

  1. Protein: Green moong sprouts are an excellent source of plant-based protein, making them an ideal choice for vegetarians and vegans. Protein is vital for muscle repair, enzyme production, and overall growth and maintenance of the body.
  2. Fiber: High in dietary fiber, green moong sprouts help promote digestive health by preventing constipation and supporting regular bowel movements.
  3. Vitamins: These sprouts are rich in vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, and various B-complex vitamins. Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that boosts the immune system, while vitamin K plays a crucial role in blood clotting and bone health.
  4. Minerals: Green moong sprouts are a good source of essential minerals like iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium, all of which are vital for various bodily functions.
  5. Antioxidants: Loaded with antioxidants, green moong sprouts help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body, protecting cells from damage and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

Health Benefits of Green Moong Sprouts

Incorporating green moong sprouts into your diet can offer numerous health benefits, including:
  1. \Weight Management: The high protein and fiber content in green moong sprouts promote satiety, helping to control hunger and manage weight effectively.
  2. Digestive Health: The fiber content aids in digestion and can alleviate digestive issues such as bloating and constipation.
  3. Blood Sugar Regulation: Green moong sprouts have a low glycemic index, which means they release sugar slowly into the bloodstream, helping to regulate blood sugar levels.
  4. Heart Health : The antioxidants and fiber in these sprouts contribute to cardiovascular health by reducing cholesterol levels and supporting healthy blood pressure.
  5. Detoxification: The enzymes present in green moong sprouts aid in detoxification and support liver function.

Precautions

While green moong sprouts offer numerous health benefits, they are not without risk. Due to their moist and warm sprouting conditions, they can be susceptible to bacterial contamination. To minimize the risk, ensure you buy fresh sprouts from reputable sources and rinse them thoroughly before consumption. Google might launch : A 5G Google Pixel 4

Pixel 4

Google Pixel 4 is an upcoming Pixel phone that will be launched globally at an event on October 15. The smartphone will be successor to last year’s Pixel 3. As with other Pixel phones, the Google Pixel 4 will come with impressive camera abilities.

The Google Pixel 4 is expected to come with 6.23-inch OLED display having a resolution of 1440x3040 pixel and a pixel density of 540 ppi. The phone is rumoured to come with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass at both front and rear side.

Google Pixel 4 is arguably the most leaked smartphone of the year. Thanks to Google's own 'leaks' and countless reports that have been circulating on the internet over past couple of months, there is hardly anything that we don't know about Google's upcoming premium budget smartphone, except may be one - colours. Now a new report suggests that the Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL smartphones will come in a total of seven eye-popping colour variants.

We got our first look at the Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL when On Leaks shared CAD renders partway through June. This leak was then, surprisingly, confirmed by Google itself.
Most notably, we learned that the devices would include a rather large camera bump on the back of the phone. This is interesting because it makes the upcoming Pixels look almost identical to leaked renders of the 2019 iPhone.

COLOR VARIANTS : Slightly Green, Maybe Pink, Sky Blue, Really Yellow.

According to a report by Mobile Fun, Google will launch the Google Pixel 4 smartphone in four peppy colours which includes Slightly Green, Maybe Pink, Sky Blue, Really Yellow colour variants. These colours will come in addition to the customary Clearly White and Just Black colour variants and the Oh So Orange colour variant that was confirmed by the Mountain View, California based tech giant via a giant banner ad at the Times Square in New York last month.
It is worth mentioning that this is the first time that reports about Pixel 4 coming in Green, Pink, Blue and Yellow colour variants have surfaced online.

Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL: Name and release date

  • Google’s upcoming flagships are expected to be called the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL.
  • The Pixel 4 launch date is scheduled expected for October 15, 2019.
  • The Pixel 4 phones will be announced in New York City.

Given the stream of reports circulating on the internet in past couple of months and Google's past trend it is highly unlikely that Google would divulge from its trend and launch its premium budget smartphone with a wider colour palette. But of course we will have to wait for the official launch to say anything for sure.

Separately, reports indicate that the tech giant could unveil a 5G enabled Pixel smartphone along with its Pixel 4 smartphones. A report by Nikkei indicates that Google is likely to launch its 5G Pixel phone along with the Pixel 3A successor. However, it is possible that it would showcase the phone at the Pixel 4 launch next week.

Google Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL Price

The Pixel 4 price reportedly will start at CAD 1,049.95 (about Rs 56,000), whereas the Pixel 4 XL prices are tipped to begin at CAD1,199.95 (roughly Rs 64,000).

 Story About ONEPLUS

What's new with the OnePlus 7T?

When compared to the OnePlus 7, it feels like a completely new phone.
In terms of design, the OnePlus 7T is slightly bigger taller than the OnePlus 7. The front may look similar but OnePlus has reduced the size of the display notch that holds the selfie camera. Even the rear gets a completely new design with a big circular camera module (some may like it whereas other may not approve of it). The OnePlus7T may look similar but if you see up close, this is a completely new design.

NEW Release of Kali Linux 2019.3

We are pleased to announce that the third release of 2019, Kali Linux 2019.3, is available immediately for download. This release brings our kernel up to version 5.2.9, and includes various new features across the board with NetHunter, ARM and packages (plus the normal bugs fixes and updates).
We are pleased to announce that the third release of 2019, Kali Linux 2019.3, is available immediately for download. This release brings our kernel up to version 5.2.9, and includes various new features across the board with NetHunter, ARM and Packages (plus the normal bugs fixes and updates).

Updated Features

CloudFlare

Kali Linux is Open Source, and Cloudflare hearts Open Source – so it’s a perfect match! As a result, CloudFlare has graciously allowed us to use their content delivery network (CDN) to mirror our repository, allowing us to now distribute our content through them. A more technical breakdown can be found on their blog.

Metapackages

We already announced the changes to metapackages in a previous blog post, and the Kali tool listing page goes into more detail on it. However, to recap, the default toolset going forward has changed. To help with this transition, for this release only (Kali 2019.3), there is a one-off, extra image called kali-linux-large-2019.3-amd64.iso, that contains all previous default tools.
Going forward, during our release cycle, we will be evaluating which tools belong to each group:
  • Kali-linux-default – tools we believe are essential to a penetration tester
  • Kali-linux-large – for penetration testers who have a wider set of non standard/common situations
  • Kali-linux-everything – for those who want it all (and without Internet access during the assessment)

Tool Updates & New Packages

As always, we have our updates for all our tools, including (but not limited to):
There is a new tool (and it is included by default), amass, that has been well received in the bug bounty world.

GNOME Users

If you use the default Kali image, it is (currently) using GNOME for the desktop environment. If you used the command line for a period of time, chances are you noticed it was refreshing the repositories in the background. This has now been disabled.
“The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear”

NetHunter Updates

The NetHunter crew has been adding in features left, right, and center to their project. One thing to note is package management is done through the F-Droid compatible NetHunter store, so you can even choose to have a NetHunter device without any Google Play.
The proxmark3 client supports RDV4 out of the box and NetHunter now also works with Android’s new partition layouts (A/B partitions no longer have one boot partition and one recovery partition. They are all the same, but twice! A few paths have also changed, such as /system now actually being under /system/system), which allows it to be built for the latest generation of devices.
There are 4 additional images for you to try NetHunter on (some may look familiar, as they are back due to community demand):
  • LG V20 International Edition
  • Nexus 5X
  • Nexus 10
  • OnePlus 7 (Our new flagship device!)

NetHunter 2019.3
With this announcement, the OnePlus 7 is now the phone we recommend for Kali NetHunter. It is the latest and greatest flagship device for half the price of other devices. The specifications are as follows:
  • Snapdragon 855
  • 8GB RAM
  • 256GB storage
  • Still cheaper than Google pixel 3a (mid-range phone!) ;)
And here is a sneaky peak at the new boot animation, across all devices:

Boot Animation

ARM Update

For ARM devices this release, we have added support for the PINEBOOK as well as the Gateworks Ventana machines.
The RaspberryPi kernel has been bumped to version 4.19.66, which includes support for all of the RAM on 64-bit versions of the RaspberryPi 4. The RaspberryPi Zero W has seen improvements as well.
All of the RaspberryPi images have had their /boot partition increased, which is required due to the size of the new kernel packages.
The ODROID-C2 has been bumped to the 3.16.72 for its kernel.
All images now run dpkg-reconfigure xfonts-base on their first boot – this will cause a bit of a slow down for the first boot, but the result is that if you use VNC to any of them, they will no longer show a blank screen.
On the WSL front, we have added WSL ARM64 support, which you can find in the Windows store today.

Official Kali Linux LXD Container Image Released

LXD is a next generation system container manager. It offers a user experience similar to virtual machines but using Linux containers instead.
It is image based with pre-made images available for a wide number of Linux distributions and we are excited to announce that Kali Linux is now one of them. We are working on the documentation but would like to share the excellent article from Simos Xenitellis in which he details how to install and run Kismet in a LXD Kali container.
